[what is this?]
Axel Martinius Erichsen learned chess in 1904 by his friend, the photographer H C Christoffersen. They were three or four who met in a cafe in Drammen to play chess a couple of days each week. He was more and more intrigued by the game, and became Norwegian Champion in 1922.
