offramp: Perhaps he is the son of Andrew Horton-Kitchlew.

FSR: A shame that he's never played Yifan Hou. Then we'd have the pun <Horton Hears a Hou> or perhaps, if he played in a cowardly manner, <Horton Fears a Hou>.

Penguincw: Horton is close to an IM title, having 2 norms.

Once he gets it, that'll dramatically increase his chances of someday playing Hou Yifan.
