Sep-30-10  Ezzy: Vitaly Teterev is having the tournament of his life at the Olympiad. He's rated 2511 and after 9 rounds has a tournament performance of 2853!!

Incredible performance so far.

It's not surprising he beat Nigel Short in round 7 on this remarkable form.

twinlark: Teterev's final result at the Olympiad was 7/8 for a 2853 performance rating, and best of all, a gold medal for third board. He played out of his skin in this Olympiad.
