Kibitzer's Corner
Apr-11-07  gauer: Jonathan Berry sometimes uses the prefix F Jonathan Berry & similar in correspondence. Most (but not all - there exists some games vs Blackburne in the collection...) of the similar abbreviations match the time period. Does F stand for Frank or Francis? No idea which name he chooses as the given & middle names, but he seems to play correspondence chess at the GM rate, & serious chess at the IM level.
Jan-02-08  pawnofdoom: I think it's Frank. I heard the name Frank J Berry somewhere. The guy who hosted the US Championship in 2007 had a name something like that.
