Grandmaster(7) Shahin Lorparizangeneh received his FIDE master(4) and IM(5) titles which were gained upon winning the Asian Youth Under 10 Chess Championship 2009 and the latter one in 2015. He scored 7/9 for his team's 4th board at the 2014 World youth team chess Olympiad and 5/10 at the 2015 WYCO(3) on their top board. He tied for share of 3rd-4th (each scored 8/11 before tiebreaks) with Dmitrij Kollars at the World Youth Championship U18 (2016) (behind only Manuel Petrosyan and Maksim Vavulin respectively).
