I think there are more pressing matters that <paying> members have asked to be resolved before Admin spend more time discussing individual disciplinary issues on here.>

That's not how CG works.

  Susan Freeman: Re <BP>/<GW>:
We need to stop the flood of questions/opinions regarding this. Please post additional comments about this on either mine or Susan's forum. The support forum is no longer for this discussion. I know, I started this mayhem (no need to remind me) so I am now obligated to get it under control.

Facts:
- CG's server was attacked
- We linked multiple hacker ip's to comments made a few years ago by a group of trolls, which spoke very much like our current day <George Wallace>
- With some help from emails, we were able to confirm that the trolls in the past were undeniably <BP>/<GW>

We felt like this evidence(multiple hacker ip's linked to multiple of his previous troll accounts) was too substantial to just brush off as a coincidence. Especially with comments made in the past(by the previous trolls and current day <GW>) showing that he is capable and willing to do such a thing.

There you go, we gave more detailed information than we originally wanted to help you better understand why we made the decision to ban him. Hope this helps.
<Once again, please go to either mine (User: stevemcd87) or Susan's forum(User: Susan Freeman) if you have any questions or concerns about this matter.
FUTURE COMMENTS ABOUT THIS MATTER, ON THIS FORUM, WILL BE DELETED>

MissScarlett: Wrong day. True, Game 21 (Spassky vs Fischer, 1972) was played on August 31st but Spassky didn't resign until the morrow. Let's hope nobody notices.

Susan Freeman: <Miss> shhh. Nobody will notice.
Aug-31-22  stone free or die: <<OCF> Yes, I thought that was the story.>

Of course you did, it's pretty much the exact story I clearly communicated.

Aug-31-22  stone free or die: (No asymmetries please.)

OhioChessFan: We could use a Sinquefield Cup page.

  MissScarlett: < We could use...>

I don't know if this could be characterised as <passive-aggressive>, but I prefer the formulation <We need> or <We should have>.

To which end, we should have the <Tournament of Stars 2022> (https://www.chess.com/ru/events/202...).

It may be a provocation, but I bridle at the imputation that <cg> is boycotting Russian chess.

Sep-02-22  stone free or die: I don't know <Missy>, that phrase isn't on the list here:

https://www.cnbc.com/2022/08/19/the...

Might you be splitting hairs? Or, if I could get meta, doing a passive-aggressive passive-aggressive?

Thank you for letting me know, it's there now.

<MissScarlett: It's here: https://theweekinchess.com/html/twi...

There's no pgn link there, I need the pgn link to upload games.

  MissScarlett: It's in TWIC 1446 via https://theweekinchess.com/twic

The <49th Dortmund Sparkassen Chess-Meeting 2022> also looks tasty.

Maybe once a week, we should have a selection discussion.

MissScarlett: What's the source of the recurrent outages? Is the site under attack? How can we assuage the angry gods?
Sep-03-22  stone free or die: <<Missy> How can we assuage the angry gods?>

The traditional method for "assuaging" the gods is to sacrifice a young virgin.

They're in short supply on <CG>, so I suppose <Missy>, despite being long-in-the-tooth, will have to do?!?

Susan Freeman: They say if one has abstained for one year that person is back to virgin status. Perhaps we could find a few of those around here.
Sep-03-22  WinKing: Will there be any 'Live' game coverage for the Sinquefield tournament?
Sep-03-22  nok: <I suppose <Missy>, despite being long-in-the-tooth, will have to do?!?>

I preferred her as a redhead, anyway.
