 | | perfidious: This last regarding 'trash posts' is a gratuitous attack and serves no constructive purpose whatever, tho the poster responsible deems it his duty to arrogantly lecture others as to their content. |

 | | Stonehenge: From a correction slip:
Antonio Carlos Rodrigues Cipolli <2504 is an ICCF rating that does not serve as a comparison between every player on the planet, topping the search lists into Chessgames.com Antonio Carlos Rodrigues Cipolli is a modest, humble, club player (see FIDE card https://ratings.fide.com/profile/21...) whose highest rating was 2225 among OCT2004 to JUL2005 Instead of writing "Highest rating achieved in database" you should prefer "Best classical Elo rating" Additional rating information such as USCF or BCF, ICCF, Rapid FIDE, Blitz FIDE, unofficial Elo, ICC biltz, etc... could be given sometimes, when deemed appropriate.> Any thoughts about this? |

<When do scripts that have been disabled start working again?>
petemcd85 chessforumI don't recall disabling any scripts involving this feature. I'll look into it and get back to you soon. Thanks for bringing this to our attention |

 | | Stonehenge: <I'll look into it and get back to you soon.> Two months later and I'm still waiting...
Please enable scripts to update last rating, number of games in the database, the game type, the opening explorer etc. etc. Also please clean out the Duplicate FIDE IDs, that have been merged, here Player Directory (Beta) Why do things not work automatically anymore at CG? Where are the live games? Where is Chessbookie?
What's wrong with you guys? |

 | | MissScarlett: Remember that issue with duplicate games caused by the <Nbd2> (and maybe <Nbd7>) quirk? I believe you sorted it, but such games still regularly crop up as duplicates. Is there any way to trawl the DB for them? A mass deletion could then solve the problem. |

<nok: <diceman: <If the Palestinians weren’t launching rockets into Israel> They wouldn't be Palestinians.> You don't think a Good Guy with Rockets should stop a Bad Guy with Missiles?>Presently , I am very busy with some legal case that I am dealing with at the place where I live. However , I would like to expand my clarity/depth of understanding about palestinian/Israeli issue as soon as I get time (within a week hopefully) And I would like the help of some of you who know the stuff . So far in my life , I never spent time to understand this issue deeply but now I really , really want to understand . Help me guys , If you please .
So far , <alexmagnus> has been very helpful and I am grateful . I have not yet engaged with <nok> much so far but I would like to because he has differing views from many others on this issue it seems and also it seems that he knows a lot of facts about this issue , he has spent time and energy to understand over the years , it seems . I would request for his help when I am ready and I would be grateful if he obliges. Of course , as usual I would do my homework with the help of chatgpt , bard.googke.com and such Thank you . Regards
