What is the purpose of such behavior ? What does one intend to accomplish through such behaviour except to dominate /suppress/disempower ?

If you dislike something , point it out by all means and if you are not heard , escalate by all means , however , first one must try to talk in calm, rational respectful manner . Having tough/angry/disrespectful tone as your default mode is toxic .

2) conversely , if you like the work of admins , you must support/encourage that by giving compliments.

That is simple common sense . That is how one communicates for a functional/evolving ecology.

Is FTB supposed to tolerate such obvious garbage? It's typical of biased trolls and editors to believe that they and only they are entitled to voice their one-sided opinions but the rest of us who tell the truth are supposed to remain silent or get deleted and suspended. It's a shallow, unethical person that doesn't care to hear the truth.

A large number of <CG> users want a statement of clarification on policy and a correction on previous mis-representations by the administration.

There are clear substantial issues of policy that aren't being addressed. And that's without even considering the posting history.
