Mar-13-20  hemy: <Eastfrisian><Can't find any photo of him>

In 2008 I received a photo of Beatum playing with 7 times champion of "1st Lithuanian Republic" Aleksander Macht from the A. Z. Macht's granddaughter Mira Asculay.

I placed it in the public folder of my Dropbox.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/uyr3ms0td...

On the opposite side of the photo Macht wrote the date: April 1938.

"The Palestine Post", 1938, April 29, p. 11:
In April 1938 the Inter city championship of Eretz Israel (Palestine) was held in Tel Aviv on "last weekend".

It makes it Friday - Saturday (Jewish weekend) 22 - 23 of April 1938.

The Hebrew language newspaper "Davar", April 29, 1938, p. 3:
Tel Aviv - Haifa 4.5:3.5, On the 1st board Macht - Beatum 0.5-0.5.

Mar-14-20  Eastfrisian: Great, thank you.
