ROBERT KEMPINSKI
(born Jul-11-1977, 47 years old) Poland

This GM won the 1995 U-18 World Youth Chess Championship. Also winner of the Ikaros Chess festival/Aegean Open (Greece) July 2009. Polish Champion in 1997 and 2001.

His 7.5/11 at the European Individual Championship (2015) placed him within the group qualifying for the World Cup (2015). At the World Cup, Kempinski was eliminated from the event when he lost the first round match to Vietnamese GM Ngoc Truongson Nguyen.
