Dec-18-07   Petrosianic: Three games <in the database> (more added since then). DiCamillo was a top US player in the late 50's, and played in more than one US Championship. He died in the hospital some time in the late 50's/early 60's, though I don't remember why.
Apr-25-08   Petrosianic: He died in 1962 or 1963. I still don't remember why. He was Philadelphia's top player for years.

  Calli: Thanks, PB. Di Camillo outplayed Sammy only to blow it in the end, 38.QB2?? walks into a fork. Maybe time pressure.

37.dxe6 appears to win as 37...Nxe6 is answered by 38.Rxa5! bxa5 39.Qe5+
