Norway Chess (2019) , there is not a list of players yet. This is causing a great deal of concern amongst the populace of <several> small nations. I guess I don't normally check out the tournament pages before they start, maybe only a couple of times. But my recollection is they had the lineup in place before the start. |

He earned his Grandmaster title by finishing in 5th place in the 1953 Zurich Candidates tournament (the same one won by Vasily Smyslov). Petrosian finally won the right to challenge <<<Mikhail Botvinnik broken link>>> for the 1963 World Championship match, and won by a score of 12½ to 9½.> |
