  Penguincw: Congrats to Mladen Palac for his performance at the Bosna Open. Overall, he scored 7/9 (+5,-0,=4) as he started with 3 wins, then 3 draws, a win, a draw and then another win to finish in a 5-way tie for 1st (3rd overall).

He entered the tournament rated 2561, but gained 7.2 points and is now at 2576.2 (2569 is his June rating).
