<Honza Cervenka>,
One of his pet lines in the Alapin Sicilian is the pawn sacrifice 8.♗b3, shown to great effect in the following game:

Pavasovic vs I Kurnosov, 2003

Mar-09-14  Everett: Much like Sveshnikov regarding the opening.
Oct-15-15  Autoreparaturwerkbau: It is really nice to see my compatriote (Slovenian) to represent the Chessgames' Player of the day.
Oct-15-15  waustad: He has played for Schachclub Mpoe Maria Saal for many years in the Austrian Bundesliga.
Oct-15-15  CountryGirl: A relatively little known player, but highly successful, especially with his white repertoire. Some 68% with c3 Sicilian and 70% with the Scotch(!) Happy birthday, Dusko.
