Road to the Championship - Bobby Fischer
Compiled by Fischer of Men
--*--

This is the road taken by Fischer during his title run. Two games decided by forfeit are not included (the last round of the Interzonal and game #2 of the championship match). It was during this run that the 20-game winning streak was produced, of which the seventh was awarded by default. Fischer did not play in the zonal tournament but was given a place when Benko stepped down.
