In 2008, Nana Dzagnidze was awarded the men's Grandmaster title. She is also a Woman Grandmaster. In 1999, she was European U12 champion for girls. In 2000, she took 2nd in the World U14 champion for girls. In 2001, she won the World U16 championship for girls. In 2002, she was European U20 champion for girls. In 2003, she won the Georgian Women's championship and the World U20 championship for girls.
